Role Overview
CSI Analytics builds scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms for business and operational decision-making.
The Data Engineering Associate will build and maintain reusable data engineering solutions for enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.
The role is supported by the CSI Data Engineering Lead but requires independent problem solving and proactive solution design.
Data Engineering and Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Ingest data from diverse structured and unstructured sources.
- Implement Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers using Medallion Architecture.
- Develop analytical data models for reporting, advanced analytics, and downstream AI initiatives.
- Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Governance and Quality
- Apply engineering standards, coding best practices, documentation guidelines, and platform governance requirements.
- Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and reconciliation processes.
