Role Overview
Axiom Recruit is hiring a Crypto Recruitment Manager for a globally recognised crypto-native media and technology business.
The role owns hiring infrastructure as the solo recruiter and works directly with senior leadership to find Web3 talent.
Recruitment coverage includes crypto, growth, partnerships, operations, product, and engineering.
This is a remote role based in Europe, the UAE, or South Africa only.
What You’ll Own
- Own the full hiring process from brief and sourcing through signed offer and onboarding.
- Partner directly with senior leadership on high-impact hires.
- Build global talent pipelines across crypto, commercial, content, and technology.
- Source talent through LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord, GitHub, and Web3 communities.
- Advise leadership on talent, recruitment infrastructure, compensation, and market trends.
- Improve hiring processes, talent tooling, interviews, and onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
