Role Overview
Supports daily operational activities for cruise vessels and related passenger services.
Coordinates passenger services, schedules, documentation, onboard activities, shore arrangements, and departmental communication.
The role suits candidates from hospitality, tourism, travel, passenger services, logistics, event coordination, or administrative support backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with passenger embarkation, disembarkation, boarding procedures, passenger flow, luggage handling, and transfers.
- Prepare passenger lists, manifests, schedules, notices, operational documents, reports, and daily activity summaries.
- Provide professional information to passengers and respond to inquiries, escalating complex matters when needed.
- Coordinate onboard activities, entertainment, excursions, events, meeting spaces, equipment, and supplies.
- Liaise with onboard departments, ports, tour operators, transportation providers, vendors, and other partners.
- Monitor schedules, report delays or changes, and maintain records of requests, incidents, activities, and service information.
- Handle passenger complaints and follow established emergency, safety, security, and passenger-care procedures.
