Responsibilities
- Provide first level technical support to employees using the CRM
- Troubleshoot and resolve day to day CRM related issues
- Liaise with internal users to understand system problems and enhancement requests
- Test new features, modules, and updates before deployment (UAT & Functional Testing)
- Log, track, and follow up on bugs with external developers or vendors
- Assist the IT Manager in CRM administration and system maintenance
- Verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release
- Coordinate CRM enhancements and ensure smooth implementation
- Monitor application performance and report recurring issues
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and testing activities
- Coordinate with the hosting provider when required for application related support
Requirements
- Experience supporting or administering CRM/ERP applications
- Basic understanding of PHP Laravel applications (no coding required)
- Basic knowledge of MySQL databases
- Familiarity with Linux server environments
- Experience working with HostGator/cPanel or similar hosting platforms
- Experience in software testing (UAT, Functional Testing, Regression Testing)
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with developers

Role Overview
- We are looking for a CRM Support Executive to assist in the day to day management, testing, and support of our PHP Laravel based CRM application.
- This role is ideal for a mid level IT professional who can troubleshoot user issues, test new modules, coordinate with developers, and support the IT Manager.
- The candidate is not expected to perform core software development, but should have a good understanding of CRM applications, databases, Linux hosting environments, and application troubleshooting.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
