Role Overview
The employer is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The role supports sales, marketing, and customer service operations through CRM administration, customization, development, and user support.
The role requires fluency in Arabic, UAE residence, and immediate or short-notice availability.
CRM Administration and Development
- Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet evolving business requirements.
- Customize CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain basic plugins, JavaScript web resources, and Power Automate flows.
- Support integrations between Dynamics CRM and ERP, marketing automation, call center, and other business systems.
Data, Reporting, and Support
- Manage data quality, imports, exports, deduplication, and integrity within the CRM database.
- Create reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.
- Manage user roles, security profiles, and permissions and provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, including Dynamics 365 or CRM Online/On-Premise.
- Working knowledge of basic CRM development and customization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team.
- Fluency in Arabic and current residence in the UAE are required.
Preferred Qualification
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
