Role Overview
The CRM Specialist will support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation through CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
The role supports CRM activity across international markets, especially Arab diaspora audiences.
This is a six-month freelance contract.
Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across push, in-app and web messaging, TV, email, SMS, WhatsApp, inbox, and house ads.
- Build customer journeys using segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization.
- Conduct campaign QA and monitor delivery accuracy against briefs.
- Track campaign metrics including delivery, opens, CTR, conversions, engagement, and A/B testing results.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of CRM or digital marketing experience.
- Hands-on CRM campaign execution experience across email, push, SMS, or in-app messaging.
- Exposure to CleverTap, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar CRM platforms.
- Understanding of Arab diaspora audiences and international market behaviors.
- Comfort with campaign reporting, metrics, trend analysis, and actionable observations.
- Exposure to A/B testing and campaign optimization is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
