- Manage and update CRM system records and customer data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate project and client information.
- Follow up on leads, client requests, and pending tasks within the CRM system.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Support the team in tracking project progress and communication logs.
- Ensure all CRM entries are updated accurately and on time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction companies or engineering consultancy firms.
- **Construction or consultant background is mandatory.**
- **Arabic native speaker is required.**
- Previous experience in CRM coordination or administrative roles is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Good command of English.
