Job Description

  • Manage and update CRM system records and customer data.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate project and client information.
  • Follow up on leads, client requests, and pending tasks within the CRM system.
  • Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support the team in tracking project progress and communication logs.
  • Ensure all CRM entries are updated accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction companies or engineering consultancy firms.
  • **Construction or consultant background is mandatory.**
  • **Arabic native speaker is required.**
  • Previous experience in CRM coordination or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Good command of English.
