Rakuten Kobo is hiring a CRM Marketing Manager, Subscriptions for its CRM and Lifecycle Marketing team.
The role owns customer journeys across Kobo Plus and Audiobooks to drive acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
The position combines customer strategy, personalization, experimentation, data analysis, and campaign execution.
Customer lifecycle
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and reactivation.
- Improve trial-to-paid conversion, content discovery, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build automated journeys, targeted campaigns, and promotional programs.
- Develop strategies for onboarding, trial expiry, declining engagement, churn risk, cancellation, and win-back.
Personalization and experimentation
- Use customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle signals to create personalized communications.
- Develop segmentation strategies and experimentation across messaging, creative, offers, timing, frequency, audiences, and journey design.
- Partner with Analytics to evaluate incremental impact and convert insights into CRM actions.
