Crm & Lead Management
- Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, website inquiries, emails, social media, and advertising campaigns
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate department or sales representative
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system
- Track customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and lead status
- Monitor the lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
- Generate and maintain lead and sales reports
Outbound Calling & Customer Follow-Up
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate business opportunities
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions
- Reconnect with inactive or old leads to explore new opportunities
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales/business development team
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication
Marketing Coordination
- Assist in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, content creators, and social media teams
- Manage social media inquiries and customer engagement
- Monitor marketing campaign responses and lead generation performance
- Support content planning, campaign coordination, and promotional activities
- Maintain marketing databases and contact lists
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and client documentation
- Coordinate internally with operations, project, and management teams
- Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM management, marketing, telesales, customer service, or coordination roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience using CRM software and lead management tools
- Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fit-out, interiors, renovations, construction, or home automation industries is an advantage
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Knowledge of CRM processes and lead management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Arabic language skills are a plus
