Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM platforms, improving customer engagement, driving data-driven decision-making, and aligning CRM initiatives with sales and marketing goals.

Crm Strategy & Management

  • Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle value
  • Own end-to-end CRM operations including data management, segmentation, workflows, and automation
  • Ensure CRM systems are aligned with business objectives and customer journeys

Data & Analytics

  • Analyze customer data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for growth
  • Develop dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with data policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams to optimize CRM usage
  • Support campaign planning, lead nurturing, and pipeline management
  • Act as the primary CRM point of contact across the organization

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Design and implement CRM workflows, lead scoring models, and automation
  • Improve customer communication through personalized and targeted messaging
  • Identify and implement system enhancements and integrations

Leadership & Training

  • Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices
  • Develop CRM documentation, SOPs, and usage guidelines
  • Monitor user adoption and continuously improve CRM effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 8 plus years of experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and CRM best practices
  • Experience in CRM analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
