CRM MANAGER

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven CRM Manager to lead customer relationship management initiatives and strengthen customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle, using customer insights and data to deliver personalized and effective communication.

include managing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other customer channels; developing customer segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle strategies; analyzing customer behavior, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue metrics; and working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data teams to optimize customer journeys.

The CRM Manager will also oversee campaign planning, execution, testing, and performance reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve customer activation, retention, and re-engagement.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to turn customer data into actionable strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret customer and campaign data.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, customer databases, and analytics systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and performance reporting; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journey optimization.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and results-focused.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a structured and data-driven approach to decision-making.
