Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven CRM Manager to lead customer relationship management initiatives and strengthen customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The role involves developing CRM strategies, managing customer segmentation, designing targeted campaigns, analyzing customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, retention, and engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to use customer insights to guide decisions.
- Knowledge of campaign planning, A/B testing, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate business objectives into effective CRM initiatives.
