Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with customer lifecycle objectives, retention goals, and revenue growth targets
- Manage CRM platforms and systems, ensuring data accuracy, system optimization, and effective integration with marketing and sales tools
- Design and implement customer segmentation models, personalization strategies, and automated communication workflows
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, product, and data teams to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle performance
- Develop and manage customer journeys including onboarding, activation, retention, loyalty, and win back campaigns
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer retention, churn rate, engagement rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Analyze customer data, behavioral insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for improved targeting and personalization
- Manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in app messaging, and other digital channels
- Ensure data governance, compliance, privacy standards, and CRM best practices are maintained across all systems
- Optimize CRM automation, workflows, lead scoring models, and reporting dashboards
- Manage CRM budgets, vendor relationships, technology platforms, and system enhancements
- Prepare CRM performance reports, dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management, customer lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing CRM platforms, customer engagement programs, or lifecycle marketing strategies preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation principles
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, data visualization platforms, A/B testing, and analytics systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
