The position uses customer insights and data to deliver personalized and effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other customer channels.
- Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Work with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data teams to optimize customer journeys.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, testing, and performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer activation, retention, and re-engagement.
- Turn customer data into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, retention, and engagement strategies.
