Role Overview
Hertility is hiring a CRM Executive for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role is UK-based and remote, reporting to the Head of CRM within the CRM department.
The position supports customer activation, retention, lifetime value, and the company's women's health mission.
What You'll Own
- Assist with CRM strategy, roadmap delivery, and business-as-usual campaigns across Brand, B2B, Customer Service, and Product.
- Execute multi-channel lifecycle journeys, including upsell, cross-sell, re-engagement, and loyalty flows.
- Plan CRM journeys for product launches and feature releases.
- Run A/B and multivariate testing across creative, copy, timing, and cadence.
- Analyse data, report performance and learnings, and improve CRM KPIs and segmentation.
- Manage B2B CRM activity and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain Braze data infrastructure, custom attributes, custom events, API-triggered campaigns, and documentation.
- Keep CRM activity compliant with consent, subscription, data protection, and sensitive health data requirements.
Who You Are
- You are junior or mid-level with hands-on Braze experience.
- You have owned campaign production, experimentation, automations, and day-to-day CRM operations.
- You have strong attention to detail and can identify errors in copy and campaign logic.
- You are passionate about women's health.
Team and Culture
The role works cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and B2B teams.
