This is a permanent, full-time role that is conducted entirely on a fully remote basis.
We are currently performing a governance audit for a private investment group with a large number of retail assets in the United Arab Emirates.
To support this specific assignment, we need a dedicated person to organize, verify, and maintain the accuracy of our records concerning these local entities and their associated contacts.
You will work closely with our senior advisors to ensure that the information we use for our decisions is correct and defensible.
Employment setup
The legal employer for this position is Arabian Private Holdings, based in Saudi Arabia.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates who have the right to work in their country of residence.
While the work is remote, it requires a full-time commitment and consistent daily availability.
You will need to overlap with our team during Gulf Standard Time, usually between 08:00 and 17:00.
This is a paid position.
You will report to a Senior Advisor and participate in regular video updates.
We do not require any fees from candidates, nor do we ask you to purchase specific equipment or handle any financial transactions as part of your duties.

What You Will Do
- Enter and update information in our CRM system, ensuring that every record is complete and current.
- Cross-reference ownership data for portfolio assets in the United Arab Emirates against official documents.
- Identify and correct duplicate or outdated entries in our contact lists.
- Organize digital governance documents and link them to the correct client profiles.
- Generate simple weekly reports on data health and completion rates.
- Conduct basic research to verify corporate addresses and professional titles of third-party contacts.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all data, adhering to our internal privacy standards.
- Assist in the preparation of data summaries for advisor reviews.
What We Are Looking For
- An interest in professional services, corporate governance, or data management.
- Bachelor degree in progress or recently completed in business, finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for basic data sorting and entry.
- Excellent written English skills, with a focus on writing clear, direct emails.
- A habit of checking your work for mistakes before it is submitted.
- Ability to ask for clarification when an instruction seems vague or contradictory.
- Basic understanding of data privacy concepts and why they are important.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow a checklist.
