Position Overview
Implement, optimize, and support Invest Alberta’s CRM system for tracking and reporting on potential clients, contacts, and organizational resources.
Primary Duties
- Manage CRM data quality and consistency, train users, generate reports, and enter data supporting Invest Alberta’s initiatives.
- Develop and continually evolve reporting metrics and dashboards for monthly Board of Directors reporting.
- Provide analytical insights and support to the senior leadership team.
- Coordinate consistent and timely CRM documentation across organizational areas and offices.
- Assist with research and business intelligence administration.
- Mine and clean data before analysis.
- Optimize the CRM system, advise on best practices, and recommend scalable process improvements.
- Maintain user permissions, profiles, data-entry standards, and data visibility to meet privacy and security requirements.
- Develop, document, test, and implement CRM platform functions that meet organizational needs.
- Support team members and operations as required.
