Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day CRM administration and system coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer, prospect, company, account, contact, and opportunity records.
- Monitor and update pipeline stages, tasks, activities, notes, and follow-up information.
- Identify missing, outdated, duplicated, or inconsistent CRM information.
- Import, export, clean, organize, and validate CRM data.
- Coordinate CRM requirements with sales, marketing, business development, operations, and management teams.
- Maintain workflows, lists, fields, tags, categories, templates, and basic automation.
- Prepare CRM reports, pipeline summaries, activity reports, data-quality reports, and management updates.
