This is a part-time remote position for a Critical Facilities Manager.
The role involves overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of critical facilities infrastructure to support SDA's healthcare services.
Responsibilities include coordinating with service providers, monitoring critical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, troubleshooting operational challenges, and drafting facility management plans to ensure the organization’s operations run smoothly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in facilities management, equipment maintenance, and infrastructure oversight
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance related to critical facilities
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly address operational challenges
- Experience in logistics and resource management to support smooth facility operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with team members and service providers
- Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare facility needs is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
