About the Role

Minimum Qualifications

• Current certification as a Paramedic with a focus on critical care.
• Completion of an accredited Critical Care Paramedic program.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a critical care transport environment.
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Additional certifications in trauma or emergency medicine (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support and critical care to patients in emergency situations.
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans based on established protocols.
• Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care during transport.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
