Responsibilities
- Take the lead on critical elements of our Corporate Emergency Response Plan during crisis situations
- Coordinate responses to business continuity events, helping minimise disruption and ensure critical services continue seamlessly
- Contribute to strengthening and sustaining our Corporate Business Continuity Programme across the hub and wider network
- Support the continuous evolution of our crisis management and business continuity plans, keeping them agile and responsive
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation and act as a key partner in resilience response planning
- Design and deliver engaging, scenario based training to prepare teams across the hub and wider network for real world challenges
Requirements
- Minimum of relevant College or University Bachelor’s Degree
- Some experience supporting or building emergency management or business continuity frameworks
- Exposure to training or preparing teams for crisis or disruption scenarios
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure and able to step forward with confidence
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
