Role Overview
Crew members work on the front line of the restaurant and support multiple aspects of the business.
The role provides exposure to the operations of a busy Guzman y Gomez restaurant.
Schedule and Workplace
- This is a part-time role based at Kent Street in Sydney, New South Wales.
- The work is performed onsite in a restaurant environment.
Core Duties
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Roll burritos and complete basic food preparation.
- Restock refrigerators and supplies.
- Wipe tables and help maintain restaurant cleanliness.
- Learn and perform other roles across the team.
What the Role Requires
- Be open to coaching, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort.
- Have a can-do attitude and be reliable in following through.
- Hospitality or fast-paced environment experience is helpful but not essential.
