Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent service.
- Prepare, assemble, and serve menu items according to brand standards.
- Operate the POS system, process orders, and handle cash and card transactions.
- Maintain workstations, dining areas, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Receive, store, and rotate stock using FIFO.
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support team members and smooth daily operations.
