Core Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement credit risk policies aligned with regulations and market best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end underwriting, guide complex cases, and improve decisioning through analytics.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Business teams to optimize credit card offerings while managing risk.
- Monitor portfolio health, delinquency, and profitability and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Ensure adherence to SIMAH requirements and provide expertise on Saudi credit bureau data.
- Mentor and develop risk and product teams and foster a risk-aware culture.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in credit risk policy management, underwriting, and credit decisioning.
- Knowledge of SIMAH requirements and Saudi credit bureau data.
- Ability to use analytics to monitor credit portfolio health, delinquency, and profitability.
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Experience mentoring and developing risk and product teams.
