Role Overview
Support a private credit platform across credit investment operations, liquidity, loan operations, portfolio monitoring, fund accounting, and data integrity.
Collaborate with Investment, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and external counterparties.
Liquidity and Facility Management
- Manage daily liquidity, collateral and margin processes, and cash for trade settlements.
- Coordinate ABL closings, amendments, and covenant compliance.
- Support TRS, foreign-exchange hedging, and financing operations.
Loan Operations and Trade Support
- Manage trade allocations, loan settlements, investment servicing, corporate actions, and restructurings.
- Maintain credit agreement data integrity through system reconciliation.
Counterparty Management
- Serve as primary contact for banks, custodians, and derivatives providers.
- Lead onboarding, KYC, operational due diligence, and Counterparty Oversight Committee reporting.
Portfolio and Fund Operations
- Maintain dashboards, accruals, SOFR repricing, valuation reconciliations, realization tracking, and Gross IRR reporting.
- Support quarterly valuation reviews, mark reconciliations, monthly NAV close, and P&L reconciliations.
Investor Reporting
- Reconcile data for quarterly investor and LP reporting.
- Support fundraising, LP due diligence, board materials, and Schedule of Investments accuracy reviews.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Requires at least 6 years of credit fund operations, loan operations, or fund accounting experience in private credit or direct lending.
- Requires hands-on servicing experience with draws, paydowns, PIK accruals, and covenant tracking.
- Requires knowledge of BDCs, direct lending, CLOs, private debt, and the full loan lifecycle.
- Requires proficiency with Loan IQ, WSO, AllVue, or a similar system.
