Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new banking business, including prospecting potential clients
- Conduct needs assessments and present appropriate financial products and services
- Track sales targets and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Provide timely market and competitor feedback to management
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in banking or financial services sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Strong client relationship management skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and the ability to build trust with diverse customer segments
- Solid understanding of retail or corporate banking products and services, such as accounts, loans, credit facilities, and investment offerings
- Ability to analyze client needs and financial profiles, and recommend suitable solutions while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Comfort working in a fast paced, target driven environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting and documentation practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus

Role Description
