Spider Plus Construction Equipment Trading LLC operates in construction equipment and heavy machinery across the UAE and KSA.
The role sits within the Finance team and supports customer credit management, collections, and receivables.
Role Overview
Manages customer credit exposure, outstanding receivables, collection performance, overdue balances, and DSO.
Works with Finance, Sales, Operations, and customers on collections and credit-risk management.
Credit and Collections
- Monitor credit limits, payment terms, credit exposure, overdue balances, AR ageing, DSO, and collection trends.
- Obtain payment commitments and manage high-value, high-risk, and long-outstanding accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations to resolve account and collection issues.
- Conduct customer visits and collection meetings when required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection forecasts and management reports.
Account Management and Compliance
- Support account reconciliation and dispute resolution.
- Escalate accounts requiring management or legal collection action.
