Credit Control Manager

We, Newmatic International Group, a Trading Company established in 1993 deal with the high-level Trading of Commercial Laundry Equipment, and we are one of the world-class Leading Laundry Equipment suppliers & Laundry Solutions providers in the entire Middle East.

We are a group of companies with 4 Divisions & all over GCC branches in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

_Scope of Work:_

· Credit Control — Develop credit assessment, implement policy development, and implement ERP approvals setups.

· Invoice & Receivables Management — Invoicing, overdue follow-ups, LCs, and payment plans

· Debt Collection & Recovery - Implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debts & manage legal recovery procedures

· Record Keeping & Reporting — Aging reports, bank guarantees tracking

· Customer Account Management — Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.

· Internal Collaboration — Liaise with finance, sales, and other departments to resolve account issues and support cash flow forecasting.

· Compliance & Risk Management — Identify credit risks and credit holds, implement insurance & regulations

_Preferred Qualifications:_

· Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant Accounting/Finance qualification background.

· Total 10 Years Experience required with a minimum of 4 years as a Manager Credit Controller role in the UAE.

· Business Nature: Trading Services / Subcontracting Company background.

· Strong analytical and financial reporting skills & ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Candidates must be available in the UAE and ready to join on an immediate basis.

Having a Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
