Requirements

- Ability to work on site in Dubai
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Fluency in English required
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred

Role Description
- The Credit Card Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Responsible for promoting and explaining credit card products, assessing customer eligibility, and guiding clients through application and documentation processes.
- Engage with customers in person and via phone, provide clear information on features, benefits, and fees, and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Daily tasks include managing leads, following up on prospective clients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the sales and finance teams to achieve targets while delivering high quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of credit card products and related financial concepts, including Credit Cards and Finance.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, focused on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target driven environment.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or credit card sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems; fluency in English required, additional languages are an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
