Role Description
- The Credit Card Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting credit card sales, servicing, and account management activities for banking and financial institution clients.
- The specialist will assist customers with credit card applications, provide product information, and guide them through eligibility, documentation, and approval processes.
- Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to billing, limits, usage, and transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- The Credit Card Specialist will maintain up to date knowledge of credit card products, policies, and compliance requirements while meeting defined sales targets and service quality standards.
- The role also involves documenting interactions, updating systems, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Credit Cards and a basic understanding of Finance, including credit card products, terms, and related banking processes.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience achieving targets and promoting financial products or services.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and an ability to handle diverse customer situations professionally.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, on site team setting in Dubai and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are an advantage.
