Role Overview
Grail Talent is an influencer management agency connecting content creators with digital marketing opportunities from brands and record labels.
The Creator Talent Manager will manage creator careers, grow audiences, monetize content, negotiate deals, and develop content strategies.
The role is fully remote with flexible hours and uncapped commission earnings rather than a base salary.
Responsibilities
- Manage influencer portfolios and help creators grow their platform presence while securing brand deals.
- Scout and sign emerging and established influencers.
- Build and nurture relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy and expand the talent roster.
- Develop content strategies and negotiate deals with brands and record labels.
Requirements
- Be very familiar with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be able to work autonomously and drive your own agenda.
- Be ready to work hard to get the job done.
