About the Role
QYUBIC is seeking a Creator Partnerships Intern to support creator growth initiatives by identifying, engaging, and onboarding creators across the GCC region. The role involves outreach, onboarding support, relationship management, and database management.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain
- Reach out to creators through DMs, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels with personalised partnership pitches
- Follow up consistently and maintain a strong pipeline of potential creators
- Assist creators with the QYUBIC X platform registration and onboarding process
- Explain basic details about campaigns, discount codes, tracking, and commission structures
- Maintain regular communication with creators and support ongoing engagement
- Maintain an organised tracker of creator outreach, follow ups, onboarding status, and campaign participation
- Prepare weekly updates on outreach activities, creator responses, onboarding progress, and partnership performance
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Active understanding of social media platforms and creator trends
- Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and follow ups
- Good research and organisational skills
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Based in UAE preferred or comfortable working in GCC time zones

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
- Reach out to creators through DMs, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels with personalised partnership pitches.
- Follow up consistently and maintain a strong pipeline of potential creators.
- Assist creators with the QYUBIC X platform registration and onboarding process.
- Explain basic details about campaigns, discount codes, tracking, and commission structures.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for creator approvals and campaign activation.
- Maintain regular communication with creators and support ongoing engagement.
- Help build and manage a growing creator community across different categories.
- Collect creator feedback and share insights with the internal team.
- Identify creators across categories including fashion and lifestyle, beauty and skincare, food and dining, sports and fitness, home and family, technology and gadgets.
- Maintain an organised tracker of creator outreach, follow ups, onboarding status, and campaign participation.
- Prepare weekly updates on outreach activities, creator responses, onboarding progress, and partnership performance.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, sales, partnerships, social media, or community management is a plus.
- Genuine interest in creators, digital content, and online communities.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and computer.
- Based in UAE preferred or comfortable working in GCC time zones.
