Responsibilities
- Own and manage official brand community — onboarding new members, driving retention, and ensuring a world class member experience
- Manage and respond to all inbound messages across social — fast, on brand, and with care
- Actively engage with community members on social media: comments, tags, reposts
- Plan and coordinate community members for events, collabs, and activations both online and in person in the UAE
- Own end to end management of influencer campaigns — from brief creation and talent sourcing to contracting, delivery, and post campaign reporting
- Manage a roster of ongoing brand ambassadors and influencer partners across tiers
- Build and maintain a live influencer pipeline for MENA
- Negotiate rates, usage rights, and exclusivity terms

- Recruit affiliates strategically from existing creator, influencer, and community network

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in an influencer, community, or creator partnerships role
- 5+ years of total experience working in the MENA region
- Deeply embedded in the MENA creator economy
- Proven track record managing influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat in MENA
- Hands on experience building or running affiliate or ambassador programmes
- Experience setting up SOPs, CRMs, and operational workflows for creator or community programmes
- Background in health, wellness, fitness, or FMCG brands strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a significant advantage

THE ROLE
- This is a newly created, multi disciplinary role that sits at the intersection of community, creator marketing, and commercial partnerships.
- You will be the brand's primary relationship hub — owning every touchpoint with influencers, UGC creators, affiliates, resellers, and our owned community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage our official brand community — onboarding new members, driving retention, and ensuring a world class member experience
- Manage and respond to all inbound messages across social — fast, on brand, and with care
- Actively engage with community members on social media: comments, tags, reposts
- Plan and coordinate community members for events, collabs, and activations both online and in person in the UAE
- Act as the voice of the community internally — feeding insights and sentiment back to the Marketing Director
- Own the end to end management of influencer campaigns — from brief creation and talent sourcing to contracting, delivery, and post campaign reporting
- Manage a roster of ongoing brand ambassadors and influencer partners across tiers (mega, macro, micro, nano)
- Build and maintain a live influencer pipeline for MENA, with culturally relevant talent across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat
- Negotiate rates, usage rights, and exclusivity terms in line with budget guidelines
- Coordinate content approvals and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and timelines
- Track campaign performance metrics: reach, engagement, EMV, story views, link clicks, and conversions
- Build and manage a structured UGC creator programme — identifying, briefing, and managing a pool of creators producing authentic content for the brand
UGC Programme
- Define and document how we work with UGC creators — setting clear expectations, content standards, turnaround times, and brand guidelines from day one
- Build the SOPs for the entire UGC workflow: creator sourcing, briefing, content review, approval, usage rights, and payment
- Set up and manage a UGC creator CRM — tracking all creators, content history, performance, rates, and relationship status in one place
- Brief UGC creators clearly with templates, reference content, and performance feedback
- Organise content rights and usage licences for paid amplification
- Maintain a UGC content library and coordinate usage with social and paid media teams
- Identify top performing UGC content and flag for paid social boosting
Affiliate Programme
- Own and build the affiliate programme infrastructure from the ground up — platform setup, tracking architecture, unique code creation, commission structures, and payout workflows
- Define and document the affiliate SOPs: onboarding process, content expectations, performance thresholds, and escalation paths
- Set up and manage the affiliate CRM — tracking every affiliate's status, performance data, content output, earnings, and communication history in one place
- Recruit affiliates strategically from the existing creator, influencer, and community network — with clear criteria for who qualifies
- Analyse performance at a granular level: revenue per affiliate, conversion rates, average order value, click to purchase ratios, and programme level ROI
- Build tiered incentive structures to reward and retain top performers, and identify underperformers to optimise or off board
- Communicate regularly with affiliates: content briefs, product news, campaign updates, and performance reports
- Stay current on affiliate platform capabilities and recommend tooling upgrades as the programme scales
Reseller & Partner Management
- Ensure partners are consistently equipped with up to date marketing materials, product information, and campaign assets
- Manage a centralised marketing collateral hub for partner access
- Support partners around key campaign moments and product launches
- Maintain the reseller/partner CRM and record all communications and asset distributions
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and deliver a regular performance dashboard: influencer, UGC, affiliate, community, and partners
- Report into the Marketing Director with weekly and monthly updates
- Maintain live tracking documents for all active campaigns and programmes
- Use data to make recommendations and continuously improve programme performance
General Marketing Support
- Support the Marketing Director and wider team on campaigns, events, and ad hoc projects
- Be a proactive, ideas forward contributor in marketing planning sessions
- Help identify trends, creator moments, and cultural opportunities relevant to the MENA market
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in an influencer, community, or creator partnerships role
- 5+ years of total experience working in the MENA region
- Deeply embedded in the MENA creator economy — you know the landscape, the talent, the platforms, and the culture from the inside
- Proven track record managing influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat in MENA
