About Rite

  • Rite is one of the fastest growing wellness brands in the GCC, helping people feel better through functional products designed for modern lifestyles.
  • We're looking for a performance driven Creative Strategist to own the creative engine behind our paid acquisition efforts across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • This role combines performance marketing, consumer psychology, content creation, and AI.

Creative Strategy

  • Lead creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Research competitors, trends, customer insights, and ad libraries to identify opportunities.
  • Develop high performing creative angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and offers.
  • Turn customer insights, reviews, and objections into winning ad concepts.

Creative Testing & Performance

  • Own the creative testing pipeline and launch new concepts weekly.
  • Analyze performance alongside media buyers and decide what to scale, iterate, or stop.
  • Track key metrics including Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Build a repeatable framework for testing and scaling creative.

Content & Production

  • Develop concepts for UGC, founder led, expert led, static, and video ads.
  • Brief and manage creators, designers, and editors.
  • Ensure creative output is high quality, on brand, and performance focused.

AI & Innovation

  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, and CapCut AI to accelerate ideation, production, and testing.
  • Stay ahead of emerging creative and AI trends.

Requirements Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy for DTC Ecommerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising.
  • Proven experience creating high performing static and video ads.
  • Strong direct response marketing mindset.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and buying behavior.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and creative iteration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in wellness, beauty, supplements, fragrance, or consumer products.
  • Experience managing designers, editors, or creative teams.
  • UGC production and creator management experience.
  • Experience with high spend DTC brands and structured creative testing frameworks.
