About the Role
Studio HOGO is hiring a Creative Strategist to act as the creative brain between client strategy and creative execution. You will develop creative angles, write briefs, analyze performance, and track trends for e-commerce and B2B brands.

- Develop creative angles per client (hooks, concepts, formats, messaging)
- Write precise creative briefs for graphic designer and video editor
- Analyze creative performance (CTR, thumbstop rate, hook rate, CVR) and identify what works
- Track creative trends on Meta and TikTok by vertical
- Propose new iterations based on data
- Competitive creative monitoring across active clients
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy or content performance at an agency
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads creative codes
- E commerce experience, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion
- Ability to write clear, actionable briefs
- Data driven mindset
- Fluent French required, English a plus

Who we are
- Studio HOGO is a marketing agency based in Dubai. We work with around ten e commerce and B2B brands (cosmetics, retail, B2B services) on their content and performance strategy — Meta, TikTok, Google.
The role
- You're the creative brain between client strategy and creative execution. You don't produce yourself — you think, brief, analyze, and iterate. You work hand in hand with account managers to turn business objectives into creative concepts that actually perform.
Your responsibilities
- Develop creative angles per client (hooks, concepts, formats, messaging)
- Write precise creative briefs for the graphic designer and video editor (static, video, UGC style)
- Analyze creative performance (CTR, thumbstop rate, hook rate, CVR) and identify what works
- Track creative trends on Meta and TikTok by vertical (beauty, lifestyle, B2B)
- Propose new iterations based on data — not instinct alone
- Competitive creative monitoring across active clients
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy or content performance at an agency
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads creative codes — you know what stops the scroll
- E commerce experience, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion
- Ability to write clear, actionable briefs
- Data driven mindset: you analyze before you conclude
- Fluent French required, English a plus
