The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Creative Services Manager to lead the organization's creative services function, overseeing the development and execution of high quality creative projects across multiple channels.
  • The ideal candidate will manage creative teams, streamline workflows, ensure brand consistency, and deliver innovative campaigns and content that support business objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative services strategies, workflows, governance standards, and production processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, including marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, digital content, advertising materials, print collateral, video production, presentations, and multimedia assets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Communications, Product, Sales, Digital, Customer Experience, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to deliver impactful creative solutions.
  • Manage creative briefs, project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, production schedules, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.
  • Oversee graphic design, copywriting, photography, videography, motion graphics, illustration, digital media, and content production to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, visual identity standards, messaging consistency, and creative quality across all communication channels.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including project delivery, creative quality, campaign performance, stakeholder satisfaction, production efficiency, budget utilization, and brand consistency.
  • Evaluate creative concepts, campaign performance, market trends, customer insights, and emerging design technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, production vendors, printers, photographers, media partners, and other external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright laws, licensing agreements, accessibility standards, brand governance, and organizational policies.
  • Leverage creative project management platforms, digital asset management (DAM) systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and collaboration tools to optimize workflows and reporting.
  • Prepare creative performance reports, campaign analyses, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications in Creative Direction, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Project Management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative services, brand management, marketing, advertising, design, or related creative roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing creative teams, agency relationships, or cross functional creative projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of branding, graphic design, digital media, content strategy, creative production, project management, and marketing communications.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, digital asset management (DAM) systems, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, motion graphics, web content management systems (CMS), SEO, social media content, AI powered creative tools, and marketing analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication, creative thinking, stakeholder management, organizational, budgeting, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects while balancing quality, deadlines, budgets, brand standards, and business priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments.
