About The Role

Based at our global HQ in Dubai, the Creative Retail Designer will be responsible for the design and creative development of non-permanent 3D retail assets for new campaign launches (from pop-ups and podiums to window displays), as well as POSM materials, while also supporting regional markets on selected special projects and key activations when needed.

This is a purely creative position, focused on designing concepts for new launches and creating impactful retail expressions that elevate the brand image, reinforce brand codes, and strengthen storytelling.

The candidate must have an architecture or scenography background, with extensive experience creating 3D campaign assets and POSM for a luxury brand.

Key Responsabilities

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team and other stakeholders to develop design concepts.
  • Create moodboards and support the selection of materials and color schemes.
  • Design and develop all 3D retail animation assets for new campaign launches, including pop-ups, podiums, windows, and POSM.
  • Develop campaign-related POSM, from design to prototype.
  • Develop generic POSM aligned with market needs and brand requirements, from design to prototype.
  • Support markets on special retail activations, including event pop-ups and brand image animations.
  • Develop campaign books decks for each launch to ensure concept is clearly communicated.
  • The scope of this role may evolve as the brand continues to grow.

Profile & Competencies

  • Highly creative with strong conceptual and design abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent aesthetic flair.
  • Solid understanding of retail environments, spatial design, and visual merchandising.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication, and production processes.
  • Ability to translate brand storytelling into impactful designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in designing campaigns for a global luxury brand, preferably in beauty or fragrance.
  • Master’s degree in Architecture, Scenography, or any related field
  • Highly proficient in SketchUp, VRay and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
