Creative Project Manager

Act as the primary point of contact for all creative requests, ensuring structured intake, clear briefings, and production readiness.

Review and validate incoming requests before production, ensuring completeness, clarity, defined deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Assess project scope, complexity, timelines, and resource requirements to enable realistic planning and efficient execution.

Plan and assign work to appropriate resources based on required skills, priorities, and capacity.

Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including task management, progress tracking, feedback loops, approvals, and final delivery.

Proactively manage risks and bottlenecks, stepping in when timelines are at risk, priorities shift, or additional alignment is required.

Ensure clear communication and alignment across Business Partners, the Creative Team, and relevant stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting in the project management tool to ensure full visibility of progress, priorities, and workload.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and trust across functions.

Ensure all deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.
