Creative Operations Manager, Tech, Systems & Data, The B-Hive

• Adobe Workfront: Own admin and optimisation, including workflows, templates, forms, fields, dashboards, user access and governance.

• Reporting & insight: Build and maintain Workfront reports and dashboards across utilisation, forecasting, workload and commercial performance, turning data into actionable insight for agency leadership.

• Workflow optimisation: Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, improve system adoption and make our tools work better together.

• AEM & asset management: Support AEM Assets and Content Hub, including metadata, asset workflows, governance and Workfront integrations.

• Commercial operations: Support billing, PO, invoice and freelance recharge processes, ensuring accurate data and robust financial reporting.

• Technology & governance: Oversee agency systems, licences, subscriptions and access, working closely with IT, Adobe and other technology partners.

• Continuous improvement: Keep on top of Adobe releases and new functionality, proactively identifying, testing and implementing improvements.

• Training & adoption: Create guidance and training to help teams use our systems effectively and consistently.
