Position Summary
The Multimedia & Creative Design Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality visual and multimedia content that supports the firm’s branding, marketing, and communication objectives.
The role involves professional photography, videography, motion graphics production, graphic design, and creative content development across digital and print platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming concepts into visually engaging content that aligns with the firm’s identity and standards.
1. Photography & Videography
- Plan, organize, and execute professional photography and videography projects for the firm.
- Conduct video shooting, editing, color correction, sound synchronization, and final production.
- Capture high-quality visual content for events, corporate activities, interviews, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Manage studio and on-site production requirements, including lighting, audio, and camera setup.
2. Motion Graphics & Video Production
- Create and produce engaging motion graphics and animated content (2D/3D).
- Edit videos incorporating transitions, sound design, visual effects, subtitles, and motion elements.
- Develop creative visual storytelling concepts and video presentations for digital platforms.
3. Graphic Design & Branding
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts, layouts, and storyboards.
- Optimize visuals and multimedia content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the firm’s brand identity, standards, and guidelines.
4. Creative Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to support campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Present creative ideas and concepts while incorporating feedback and revisions effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain organized archives of multimedia and design assets.
5. Research & Development
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in photography, videography, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Continuously propose innovative ideas to enhance the firm’s visual presence and digital engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in photography, videography, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, or equivalent design and editing software.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, composition, typography, animation, and visual storytelling principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced professional environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong creative vision with high attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
