The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Creative Manager to lead the development and execution of high quality creative projects across digital and traditional channels.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee creative strategy, manage multidisciplinary creative teams, ensure brand consistency, and deliver innovative campaigns that support marketing objectives and strengthen the organization's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with organizational objectives, brand identity, marketing campaigns, and business goals.
  • Lead the creative development of campaigns, advertising materials, digital content, social media assets, presentations, videos, and other marketing collateral.
  • Manage creative workflows, project timelines, resource allocation, and production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, communications, sales, customer experience, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging standards.
  • Review and approve creative concepts, designs, copy, multimedia content, and final deliverables to maintain high creative and quality standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including campaign engagement, brand awareness, creative effectiveness, project delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, production vendors, photographers, videographers, and other external partners.
  • Identify emerging creative trends, design technologies, AI powered creative tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative capabilities.
  • Manage creative budgets, production costs, vendor contracts, and resource planning to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare creative performance reports, project updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop graphic designers, copywriters, multimedia specialists, content creators, and creative coordinators while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Creative Direction, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative management, brand management, advertising, marketing, design, or related creative roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing creative teams, agencies, or multidisciplinary design projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, creative strategy, advertising, storytelling, digital marketing, content production, and campaign development.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, project management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, social media content creation, motion graphics, AI assisted creative tools, and digital asset management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, creative thinking, project management, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts that strengthen brand identity and drive measurable business results.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
