Job Summary
Canlan Sports is seeking a Creative Lead for its North York head office.
The role will shape brand identity, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement across omnichannel platforms.
This is a brand and marketing creative leadership role, not a UX, UI, or product design position.
The Creative Lead will deliver creative across digital, print, social, sponsorship activations, and in-person experiences.
Salary
- The salary range is CAD 70,000 to CAD 76,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Define, evolve, and implement the brand vision across marketing and customer touchpoints.
- Lead creative direction for campaigns, sponsorship activations, and promotional content.
- Oversee and produce visuals for social, digital ads, websites, email, in-arena experiences, and print.
- Mentor and manage designers while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing, sponsorship, sales, and content teams on business objectives.
- Coordinate external creative partners, agencies, and production vendors.
