The Creative Lead will lead creative across brand, campaigns, social, product, packaging, photography, and launches.
The role works closely with the Founder and leaders across Product and Marketing.
The role includes guiding external designers, photographers, videographers, and freelance creative partners.

The Role
Intelligent Change is seeking a design-led Creative Lead to shape the next chapter of the brand.
The role is suited to an exceptional Senior Designer, Art Director, or Design Lead ready for broader creative ownership.
The Creative Lead will lead creative across brand, campaigns, social, product, packaging, photography, and launches.
The role works closely with the Founder and leaders across Product and Marketing.
The role includes guiding external designers, photographers, videographers, and freelance creative partners.
Remote Role
- This is a full-time, fully remote contract role.
- Candidates may be based worldwide if they can work overlapping hours with teams operating across ET and GMT time zones.
- Occasional shoots and creative productions require on-site execution and art direction.
- Candidates based in Toronto or Montreal are preferred.
