Job Overview

Popup Agencia Criativa is seeking a highly creative and visionary **Creative Director** to lead the agency’s creative output and brand storytelling initiatives.

This role is ideal for a design and marketing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering compelling, high-quality creative work.

The Creative Director will oversee creative strategy, guide design and content teams, and ensure all outputs align with brand identity and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative direction across campaigns, branding, and design projects.
Oversee creative teams including designers, writers, and content creators.
Develop innovative concepts and visual storytelling strategies.
Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all creative outputs.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Review and approve creative materials and deliverables.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry innovations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Mentor and develop creative talent within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in creative leadership roles within agencies or corporate environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in design tools and creative software.
