Role Description
The Creative Director is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role leads creative vision across client projects, including concept development, visual identity, and campaign storytelling for social media, digital content, and web assets.
The position oversees design and content teams, provides direction and feedback, and ensures creative output aligns with client brand strategies and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account managers and strategists on client projects.
- Present creative concepts to clients and maintain quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Mentor team members, refine internal processes, and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
Qualifications
- Strong creative direction and creative strategy skills, including translating business goals into visual and narrative concepts.
- Proficiency in branding and art direction, including creating and evolving brand identities for diverse industries.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.
