As a Creative Developer , you will sit at the intersection of game development, creative production, and performance marketing. Your mission is to use Unity and C# to rapidly modify existing games, prototype new gameplay ideas, and build tools that help the Creative team produce and test high-performing ads faster.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Modify and prototype gameplay in Unity: new mechanics, visuals, features, UI, cameras, and gameplay variations
Build tools for Creative teams: create flexible Unity apps and internal tools for video and playable-ad production
Produce rapid iterations: create multiple game variations to test hooks, mechanics, visuals, and player experiences
Own technical quality: debug, fix issues, optimize performance, and ensure features work reliably
Iterate from performance data: use ad results and learnings to improve creative concepts and gameplay
Contribute to ideation: participate in brainstorming and propose new gameplay, creative, and technical ideas
Explore new technologies: leverage AI, and emerging tools to increase production speed and creativity
Contract setup: This is a full-time freelance opportunity, structured around project needs, with flexible duration depending on the scope and evolution of the projects.
