Responsibilities
- Understand future trends within fashion, accessories, and fashion jewelry; curate iconographic assets and develop synthetic view on trends
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to align on purpose and criteria of new collections
- Conduct research to develop new concepts with strong storytelling within brand portfolio boundaries; present mood boards and rough sketches
- Create final 2D designs reflecting distinctive brand identity, categories, proportions, techniques, colors; present for confirmation
- Oversee prototype development from 3D CAD design to final sample production to ensure design intention and quality standards
- Align with department targets and plan activities to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Trend analysis: Understand future trends within the scope of fashion, accessories and fashion jewelry. Curate a massive amount of iconographic assets and develop a synthetic view on future trends which are relevant for the brand
- Creative Strategic framework: Participate actively in the brainstorming sessions in which the team members align on the purpose and on the criteria of new collections “occasion, targeted consumer, purchase behaviors, distinctive message etc”
- Elaboration of creative concepts: Do the required research to come up with new concepts/ideas elaborated around a strong story telling, within the boundaries defined by brand portfolio. Then present the relevant mood boards & rough sketches.
- Finalization of 2D designs: Do creatively the final designs to reflect distinctive brand identity, categories, proportions, techniques, colors, then present them for final confirmation. Integrate technical and visual solutions into a design concept
- Overseeing prototype development: follow up the prototype making over all stages, from 3D CAD design to final sample production itself, to ensure that prototype is created to reflect the initial design intention, to meet the premium quality standards & specifications and the consumer expectations.
- Planning of activities: Align with the department targets and plan activities in order to meet the deadlines.
Requirements
- High level of Creativity: the designer is talented, innovative, curious, thinking out of the box
- Software for digital design and visualization: is a mature user of many necessary adobe programs, in particular 2D CAD, Photoshop
- Communication skills: She/he is a strong presenter & communicator who is able to present ideas and concepts with clarity
- Organizational skills, Detail oriented, able to organize her/his work with efficiency in order to meet deadlines, and to translate creative concepts into all details of their execution, ensuring Excellency in details
- Business acumen: understands the company’s strategy and overall goals, what the business is about, shows interest to find out what consumers profiles and preferences are, in order to develop later intentional designs
- Agility: is able to adjust to a changing environment and to find the most efficient way to deliver on the brief. Works under time pressure
