Creative Content & Social Media Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, product and service videos, and event coverage.
• Design graphics and visuals for social media, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Handle photography and general content creation.
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas tied to marketing objectives.
• Manage social media posting, scheduling, and content calendars across multiple brands.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and image, video, and copy creation.
• Own the full content process independently from idea through final export.

Must Have

• Strong video shooting and editing skills are the top priority.
• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.
• Strong graphic design skills and visual sense.
• Photography skills.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, audiences, branding, engagement, leads, and sales-focused content.
• Awareness of current social media trends.
• A marketer's mindset in addition to design capability.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience managing content across multiple brands.
• A strong portfolio in videography, video editing, reels, and graphic design is required.

Pay

• Pay is QAR 2,470.82 to QAR 5,000.00 per month.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
