Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars
- Monitor and analyze trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat
- Generate innovative content concepts and campaigns
- Create scripts, content briefs, and production plans
- Lead and direct content production and photoshoots
- Guide models, photographers, and creative teams during shoots
- Propose new visual concepts, locations, sets, and creative directions
- Develop fresh ways to showcase products and collections
- Produce UGC style and social first content
- Review edits and ensure content quality
- Monitor content performance and optimize future outputs
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or social media content
- Previous experience in Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content ecosystems
- Experience leading content shoots and creative productions
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to transform ideas into high performing content
- Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
