• Proven creative experience within broadcast promotion, marketing, advertising or a comparable content-led professional environment, supported by a strong portfolio of work. • Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with experience developing original campaign ideas and creative treatments from brief through to execution. • Excellent production skills across multi-disciplines, including video editing, graphic design, content creation, direction or post-production. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop and relevant creative tools, with the ability to create high-quality assets for multiple platforms. • Proven ability to present ideas, build effective stakeholder relationships and manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work to deadline.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience creating integrated campaigns across television, digital, social and on-demand platforms. • Strong understanding of contemporary media platforms, audience behaviours, emerging content formats and current creative trends, including responsible use of generative AI. • Experience creating social-first and platform-native content, including reels, short-form video, YouTube assets and thumbnails, branded graphics, motion design and trend-led content tailored to different audience segments and platforms. • Experience applying brand guidelines, graphic systems, subtitles and motion graphics across campaign assets. • Knowledge of BBC brands, audiences and services, particularly within Northern Ireland.

If you can bring some of these skills and experience, along with transferable strengths, we’d encourage you to apply.
